<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a highly safe food material-derived blood vessel resiliency improving agent having the action of inhibiting the deterioration of the physical properties of blood vessel tissue itself considered as being closely associated with vascular disorders, especially the decline in blood vessel resilience. <P>SOLUTION: The blood vessel resiliency improving agent comprises a Nepetoideae plant or its extract as active ingredient.
