PURPOSE:To obtain the electrode head capable of easily being conducted to electric signal circuit even though the electric conductor layer is thin and of recording with high resolution, by a method wherein the alternate laminated material of electric conductor layer and electric insulator layer is obliquely cut and the interval between the electric conductor layers on the cutting surface is lengthened. CONSTITUTION:The laminated material (electrode head 6) alternately laminated with the electric conductor layer 4 and the electric insulator layer 5 is obiquely cut. The relation between the cyclic interval l1 of laminated layer on the surface vertical to the laminated surface and the cyclic interval l2 of laminated layer on the surface obliquely cut becomes l2.sintheta=l1 and the area of electric conductor capable of being utilized for connection to electric circuit is broadened on the surface obliquely cut.
