PURPOSE:The titled container, obtained by containing a heat-treated raw material for a cooked food and an auxiliary container filled with a seasoning containing water in a dish-like container and capable of cooking the raw material in an electronic oven in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A heat-treated raw material 4 for cooked food and an auxiliary container 5 filled with a seasoning 14, containing 0.5-4.5wt% salt based on the raw material for cooked food and >=18wt% water based on the raw material for cooked food and having <=1,750P viscosity at 60 deg.C are contained in a dish- like container 2 prepared by integrally forming a member 8 for holding contents at a position 3-25mm above an electronic oven table 7 and a lid 3 with opened holes 12 having 0.005-25% area based on that of the upper opening part of the container 2. |
