PURPOSE: To obtain a far light-weight multilayer polymer composite material having substantially equivalent strength and rigidity to those of a polymer composite material containing a steel iron by incorporating a polymer decorative layer chemically bonded to a thermosetting polyester or polyether board layer crosslinked and changed by an isocyanate. CONSTITUTION: A decorative layer or a finish layer is manufactured by a suitable thermoplastic and thermosetting resin, and used by mixing or alloying the resin. As a substance for forming the decorative layer of a thermoplastic material, an acrylonitrile butadine-styrene terpolymer and resin relative thereto are used. And, as an alloy and mixture of substances used to form the decorative layer, nitrile rubber or polyurethane is used. As the thermosetting polymer, an amino resin, epoxy resin and polyurethane are used. And, the board is formed of a crosslinked isocyanate change thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin and/or unsaturated polyether rein or a mixture of such resins. As the board, a liquid-like ethylene unsaturated polyester and polyether, such as, for example, a compound containing hydroxyl, carboxylic acid, amine or the like is used. |
