WASTE MATERIAL INCINERATOR

PURPOSE:To perform a stable combustion while attaining some advantages of a fluidized bed type incinerator by a method wherein the fluidized bed type incinerator is composed of a fluidized bed part for performing a thermal decomposition and the like and a circulating fluidized bed performing a thermal decomposition and the like and a circulating fluidized bed for performing an after-combustion and then a combustion is separated. CONSTITUTION:A lower part of a first combustion chamber 1 is formed with air dispersion chambers 4a to 4c. An upper part of the first combustion chamber is fixed with an upper plate 5 in such a way as its side facing to a second combustion chamber 2 faces downwardly. The chamber is formed with a plurality of slits 5a. A lower part of the second combustion chamber 2 is provided with an injection nozzle 13 and a non-combustible discharging port 2a. An upper part of the combustion chamber is provided with a riser 14 for performing an after-combustion of waste material and a cyclone 18 for recovering fluidized medium. As the waste material is supplied from a dust feeder 10 to the first combustion chamber 1, the waste material is dried and thermally decomposed while flowing with an air flow from the slits 5a to the second combustion chamber 2, blown off together with the fluidized medium at the second combustion chamber 2 so as to perform a complete combustion.
