PURPOSE:To prevent this data processor from being destructed by saving data in an internal memory to an external storage device in response to a 1st signal and then stopping power supply to equipments in response to a 2nd high temperature signal. CONSTITUTION:This data processor is provided with a central processing unit(CPU) (control means) 1 for controlling the processor, a power supply part 4 for supplying power to the processor, a thermistor 5 fixed in the vicinity of the power supply part 4, and a temperature detecting part (signal generating part) 6 for generating two kinds of signals in accordance with a change in the temperature of the inherent resistance value of the thermistor 5. The 1st signal is higher than a prescribed temperature and the 2nd signal is higher than the 1st signal. The control means 1 controls the system so that the data of the internal memory 2 are saved to the external storage device 3 in response to the 1st signal and power supply to the apparatuses is stopped in response to the 2nd signal. Consequently, the equipments can be prevented from being destructed. |
