PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble an air bag device in an air bag marker and reduce the number of components by providing the air bag device formed of an air bag body expansible by a gas blown out from an inflator and a case body for covering a holder and the air bag body, which has a tear line cleavable by the expansion of the air bag body. SOLUTION: A case body 27 for covering a holder 22 and an air bag body 25, which has a tear line 26 cleavable by the expansion of the air bag body 25, is formed in such a manner that a first cylindrical part 30 and a second cylindrical part 31 are bendable around a hinge part 37, and their respective free end parts can be mutually superposed and engaged by a holder supporting bolt 28. Thus, the assembling as an air bag device 16 can be completed in an air bag maker. Since the case body 27 is integrally formed through the hinge part 37, the number of components can be minimized to effectively reduce the cost. Further, a plate 32 is formed of a synthetic resin material, the rubbing sound of parts can be prevented in the assembling of the air bag device 16. |
