A voltage measuring device comprises a capacitor that can be divided into two elements of equal capacitance at a connection point; a first switch through which a power source to be measured is connected across the capacitor, a differential amplifier; a second switch through which the terminals of the capacitor are connected to the inputs of the differential amplifier; and a third switch for connecting the connection point of the capacitor to a signal reference potential of the differential amplifier synchronously with the second switch.
