PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fishing tool comprising a decorative part showing smoothness, a uniform feeling and a beautiful surface appearance and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: This fishing tool has an outer layer part made of aluminum such as a spool 10 and a decorative part 10 formed on the surface of the outer layer part made of aluminum. The decorative part 10 is formed by subjecting the surface of the outer layer part made of aluminum to alumite treatment to make an alumite layer 82, carrying out the dyeing treatment of the part with an ordinary alumite dye 80, performing a masking using a prescribed mask, subjecting a part except the masking to a discharging dyeing treatment and successively carrying out a sealing treatment.
