PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define a right central position to both an orthogonal direction and a long shaft of a movable adjusting tool at the time of attracting retained parts with a strong permanent magnet at a magnetizer wall surface of a storage tank with the movable adjusting tool. SOLUTION: An elongated plate-shaped base foundation 2 is provided in a longitudinal direction, a slider part 3 freely sliding and moving is provided at the top end part side, and two pieces of short plates 4a, 4b are placed on the upper part of the slider part for providing rotating shafts 5a1, 5b1 with one end of the respective short plates and the slider part 3 for linking. Two pieces of right and left long plates 6a, 6b are placed on the upper part of the other end of the right and left short plates 4a, 4b, and rotating shafts 5a2, 5b2 are provided at the roughly central part of the long plates and the short plates 4a, 4b for linking. Rotating shafts 5a3, 5b3 are provided with the long plates 6a, 6b at two positions of right and left on the near side of the long plates 6a, 6b and the base foundation for freezing. It is thus possible to provide a central direction indicator which can obtain right central position of the storage tank.
