PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cam corresponding to an error value while measuring it, and eliminate by using a bending cam the need of fabricating a conventional correcting cam corresponding to the measured error value between a displacement value and a target value. SOLUTION: A cam plate holder (9) is combined with a correcting arm A (2) and a correcting arm B (3) and is fastened by bolts. A correcting bending cam plate (7) is fastened to a cam plate holder (9). The correcting bending cam plate has slits in an appropriate intervals to be bent. A bending screw (8) for bending the correcting bending cam palate (7) is attached to the cam plate holder (9). The correcting bending cam plate (7) is a plate cam unit on which a spring is mounted so that the plate (7) is always in contact with a profiling cam follower. A correcting cam carved line is formed while performing measurement.
