PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold enabling the upstream side end part of a branch pipe for each cylinder to be suitably fixed without using welding and capable of preventing exhaust gas from leaking out of the mounting portion of the upstream side end part. SOLUTION: A flange part 17 larger in inner diameter than the opening 11 of a head flange 2 is bent to the upstream side end part of each branch pipe 3, and a plurality of mounting parts 13 having bolt insertion holes 14 are formed on the head flange 2. When the head flange 2 is fixed to an engine 5 through a gasket 7 by inserting bolts 6 into the bolt insertion holes 14 of the mounting part 13, the flange part 17 of the branch pipe 3 is held by the head flange 2 and the gasket 7, and the branch pipe 3 is fixed. In this case, since the mounting part 13 is set to a projected height H equal to the thickness D of the flange part 17 of the branch pipe 3 from the engine 5 side opposed face 2b of the head flange 2, the contact pressure of the flange part 17 against the gasket 7 can be sufficiently secured.
