PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing/drying machine capable of discharging water spray penetrating from a duct for feeding hot air into a water tub by preventing the water spray from flowing into a fan casing disposed below and being retained there without changing the original form of the casing. SOLUTION: The washing/drying machine has a fan device 16 for feeding hot air heated by a heat source inside the water tub 2 for drying the laundry inside a drum 3. The fan device 16 is composed of a blower fan 21 driven by a fan motor 22 and the fan casing 23 including the blower fan 21. The fan casing 23 is vertically disposed with an intake 23a opened in the cross direction, and a drain 24 is disposed at the lowermost part of the fan casing 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
