PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the junction structure of piezoelectric vibration piece provided with an excellent vibration characteristic in which the vibration of the piezoelectric vibration piece in the thickness direction is effectively prevented, and also to provide a piezoelectric device. SOLUTION: In the junction structure of the piezoelectric vibration piece 32 provided with a base part 51 supporting vibration arms 34, 35, a plurality of fixing arms 37, 38 branched so as to be extended from the base part 51 are joined to a package 36 with adhesives. Each of the plurality of fixing arms 37, 38 are provided with a plurality of junction portions 52, 54 with the package 36 in the longitudinal direction, a conductive adhesive 43 is used for one of the plurality of junction portions 52, 54 and a non-conductive adhesive 42 is used for the other.
