FIELD: agriculture, in particular, selection, may be used in testing of cereal genofond for resistance to seed disease agents. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has plant infecting chamber communicating with air pump and suspension storage container for infecting cereal heads by means of pipes. Apparatus is further provided with prefabricated portable support stand consisting of vertical column and horizontal guide. Unit for infecting of plants is rigidly fixed on horizontal guide by means of clamp. Unit for infecting of plants incorporates plant infecting chamber and suspension storage container, which are rigidly connected with one another by means of bracket. Plant infecting chamber has bifurcated plug for clamping therein of stem with head of plant to be infected. Suspension storage container has branch pipe inserted into plug with clamp and adapted for lifting of suspension from container into chamber. Unit for infecting of plant is positioned on horizontal guide for free movement and fixing at any height and at any distance from plant by means of cross-like clamp. Air pump is the type of pump operating similar to medical syringe. Pump is movably positioned on vertical column and communicated with chamber for infecting of plants by means of branch pipe. ^ EFFECT: increased quality of plant inoculation. ^ 2 dwg |
