PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating film of high quality by controlling the solid component in the coating film while minimizing the quantity of energy consumed and a use space in a coating film forming method of aqueous coating. SOLUTION: In the coating film forming method of the aqueous coating, a work is coated with base coating being the aqueous coating on a base coating stand using a coating robot and a rotary stand is moved to spray air regulated in its humidity and temperature on the work while rotating the coated work. Since the amount of air can be added by rotating the work, a heat source for heating air may be small and consumed energy can be miniaturized, the solid component of the obtained coating film is extremely high and, since the amount of moisture evaporated is extremely small even if clear coating is applied as top coating to be baked, defectiveness such as foaming or the like is not formed in a topcoating film.
