PURPOSE:To allow a user to easily conduct a cleaning operation of feed roller parts in a thermal transfer printer. CONSTITUTION:A printer has a function of discriminating a size of supplied paper. If supplied paper is discriminated as a standard size, a printing action is carried out. If it is discriminated as a nonstandard size, only a paper discharge action is performed. A cleaner sheet 58 having a nonstandard size is prepared for cleaning feed roller parts (41a, 45a) of the printer. An adhesive layer 60 is exposed through cutouts 62 of a cover layer 61. By feeding the cleaner sheet 58, the adhesive layer 60 is brought into contact with the feed roller parts to remove foreign particles and the like on the feed roller parts. |
