PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA chip treatment apparatus not causing the clogging of a nozzle by a simple constitution even during a long-time use at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The DNA chip treatment apparatus for performing the hybridization treatment and washing treatment of a DNA chip is equipped with a well plate 2 having at least a section 3 for holding the DNA chip, an injection nozzle 6 for injecting a liquid in the section 3, a suction nozzle 7 for sucking the liquid injected in the section 3 from the injection nozzle 6 and a cover part 5 having an intercepting part 5a having the injection nozzle 6 and the suction nozzle 7 fixed thereto so as to once insert both of the injection nozzle 6 and the suction nozzle 7 in the section 3. The intercepting part 5a has a shape for hermetically closing the section 3 and the section 3 is closed by the intercepting part 5a when the hybridization of the DNA chip is performed.
