FIELD: gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry and can be used for replacement of pipeline valves at compressor stations of gas mainlines. In method above pipeline assembly trestle is assembled of transverse and longitudinal beams mounted on tubular supports. Before trestle assembly in places of its inclined part rest and arrangement of tubular supports compacted soil made of sand and gravel is added, and sleepers are laid, with their fastening by brackets. After assembling of trestle and entry of self-propelled crane to it at outermost crane stops are installed fastened to transverse or lengthwise beams of trestle, and wedge stops are set under wheels of self-propelled crane. Then, operations on replacement of pipeline valves are carried out, wherein transportation of dismountable and feeding of newly installed pipeline valves are performed on bogie, which is displaced along longitudinal beams with help of electric winch. Pipeline fittings fixed to bogie with help of twists made of wire.EFFECT: method makes possible to replace fittings in especially constrained conditions.1 cl, 2 dwg |
