AIR COMPRESSOR CRANKSHAFT

An air compressor crankshaft is an assembled crankshaft and comprises an eccentric shaft neck (1), a crank arm (2) connected to the eccentric shaft neck (1), and a balance block (3) connected to the crank arm (2) and/or the eccentric shaft neck (1). The crank arm (2) and the balance block (3) are each formed by a plurality of flat-sheet-shaped parts in an overlaying assembly manner. A manufacturing process of the air compressor crankshaft is that the flat-sheet-shaped parts are prefabricated and then are mutually fastened into a whole in a rivet connection manner, a bolt connection manner, a flanging folding buckle connection manner and the like. Because the flat-sheet-shaped parts can be manufactured in a punching manner, the production costs of the crankshaft are lower; in addition, the sheet-shaped parts are used for constituting the balance block in an overlaying manner, the mass and the location of the center of mass of the balance block can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of sheets or by adjusting the mounting position according to different compressor products, and therefore more adaptability is achieved.
