A road data storage method and device; according to scale and in order from small to big, dividing electronic map road data into road networks of levels from high to low; storing the shape point and road topology relationship of the roads in the lowest level road network; for every road in each road network level other than the lowest level road network, determining a road sequence corresponding to said road in the road network level one lower than the road network level of said road, and the road sequence corresponding to said road in the lowest level road network, and store correspondingly; and for the road sequence of every road in each road network level other than the highest level road network, determine the road corresponding to the road sequence of said road in the road network level one higher than the road network level of said road, and store correspondingly; navigation path calculating efficiency is thereby improved. |
