This transfer film which sequentially comprises, in the following order, a temporary supporting body, a first curable transparent resin layer and a second transparent resin layer that is arranged so as to have a direct contact with the first curable transparent resin layer, and which satisfies formula 1 and formula 2A is capable of forming a transparent laminate that has good transparent electrode pattern concealability and less color unevenness, and is capable of transferring two or more transparent resin layers at one time, while having photolithographic properties.
