The pressure switch includes a base (11), supporting electrical terminals, and a lid (2) which compresses a membrane (3). The membrane and lid define a sealed enclosure. When pressure is applied to the enclosure the membrane pushes a lever (4) which closes the electrical circuit between the two terminals (10,11). The pressure required to move the lever is controlled by a blade (5) and a spring (6) whose positions can be adjusted with a screw (9). |
