Bactericidal soap contng optical brightener

Brightly-coloured, fatty acid alkali metal soaps contain bactericidal agents of at least one reducing agent i.e. hydrazine, hydroxylamine or alkali metal salts of oxyacids of divalent to tetravalent S, and also, relative to amt. of soap, (a) 0.001-1% by wt. optical brightener: (where X is an alkali metal ion) and (b) 0.1-5% by wt. 2-OH-21,4,41-trichlorodiphenyl ether.
