The oven is used in the manufacture of bread and pastries. Different types of liquid fuel can be used as a source of heat. The oven consists of a closed housing (4) in which closed baking ovens (5) are fitted separated by slits (3) between them. A hot air generator is mounted in the other part of the bushing made of a combustion chamber (11) connected to a fumes manifold (12) and fire tubes (13) connected to a second fumes manifold (14). The fumes ducts (6) have an adjusting flap (15). The space around the closed baking chambers (5) and the hot air generator (11, 12, 13, 14) is confined by the closed housing (4) and is filled by air as a heat carrier. A fan (9) is fitted for the circulation of the hot air under the baking chambers (5)./!
