摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a frequency converting circuit having a reduced amount of error, by actuating the function which counts the input signals of the fixed frequency for the time equivalent to two periods to supply the minus output and the function which counts the input signals for the time equivalent to three periods to supply the minus output alternately and then holding such state over the greater part of the input signal's frequency. CONSTITUTION:The circuit which converts the input signal of the power frequency of 2 into 100Hz consists of frequency converting circuit A and 100-notation counter B. Binary/ternary counter 100 of circuit A gives the binary counting to the input signals at first to supply them to circuit B. When the count value of circuit B becomes an odd number, counter 100 performs the ternary counting of the input signals to supply them to circuit B. And counter 100 performs the binary action when the count value of circuit B becomes an even number. Thus counter 100 repeats the binary and ternary actions. When the count value of counter B reaches 88, 88-detection signal holding circuit 30 is set. And the action of counter 100 is fixed to the ternary action. This ternary action is continued until circuit 30 is reset by the 1sec carry signal sent from counter B, and then reset to the original state by the 1sec carry signal. This action is repeated.
