PURPOSE:To provide a measuring terminal by sinking it from the surface of a case, and also to prevent breaking of wire, by molding a connecting part as one body and a terminal of a circuit by an insulating resin, and piercing a hole reaching the terminal, in the resin part of this molding body. CONSTITUTION:A connecting part, a resistor and a terminal of a circuit consisting of a high-voltage insulating cable 1, a resistor 3 and a conductive terminal 2 are set in a case 9 having a cavity part 8. Thereafter, an insulating resin is injected from an injecting hole 6, vacuum-drawing it from a suction hole 7, it is hardened, and thereafter, a measuring hole 6' which reaches the conductive terminal by penetrating the original injection hole 6 of the case 9 and piercing the resin part is formed. Subsequently, a high-voltage insulating resistance measuring device 4 is installed by connecting one end of the high-voltage insulating cable 1 to a secondary side terminal of a high-voltage switchgear 11, and a measuring pin of a megger is inserted into the measuring hole 6', by which insulating resistance can be measured safely. |
