The invention relates to an electromechanical assembly providing regulation of movement imparted by a constant force and monitoring the acceleration without an external energy input. It may consist of a shaft 71 driven by the movable part in rotation, a mechanical speed multiplier-reducer 73 on the output shaft 72 to which a regulator 74 is harnessed, supplied by a generator 75. Arrangements allow regulation adjustments by the contact-carrying selector 78, and reverse operation by the motor 79, with a triggering device 77. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for devices ensuring safety in the event of an absence of electrical power supply or an assumed such absence. <IMAGE>
