The fluid dispensing device comprises an enclosure made from two elements 6-8 which can be juxtaposed in a sealed fashion and which are removable with, on one of the elements 8, a connection 11 for the main pipe or pipes and, on the other element 6, connections for the secondary pipes 4. The invention makes it possible to adjust the distribution rate by exchanging one of the elements and finds its application particularly in the event of the enclosure constituting the casing of a direct contact liquid-gas exchanger, the liquid being sprayed into the casing in the form of independent conical sheets atomised by nozzles. <IMAGE>
