摘要

PURPOSE:To attain a high metal content and a high dielectric constant and to prevent a short circuit by successively subjecting a slurried mixture of a water-soluble acid or salt of a metal with powder of a ceramic insulator and water to drying, compacting and firing in a reducing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble acid or salt of a metal is mixed with powder of a ceramic insulator and water to prepare a slurried mixture. This mixture is dried, compacted and fired in a reducing atmosphere to obtain the objective dielectric ceramics contg. >=15wt.% of Mo (as a metal element) dispersed in alumina ceramics and having a relative dielectric constant of >=20.
