PURPOSE:To provide a flashing display device which is maintenance-free and obviates the necessity of the change of battery and is used as safety signal lamp of a bicycle. CONSTITUTION:An electric power part in the combination of a solar battery 11 and an electric double layer condenser which is charged by the solar battery and the LEDs 32a and 32b which are flashed through an oscillation part by the electric power part are mounted in a case body 41 consisting of a flat box body arranged as safety signal lamp on the underside of the load carrying platform of a bicycle. |
