PURPOSE: To obtain a pseudo stereo signal by changing the frequency of a voice signal by 1/f fluctuation and using an original voice signal and the voice signal changed in frequency as voice signals of different channels. CONSTITUTION: A monophonic voice signal MS is changed so as to change the frequency by 1/f fluctuation by a frequency shifting means A and this signal is defined as the voice signal S2R of a first channel. An original voice signal MS is delayed by a delay means B by the same signal delay as the delay by the processing of the frequency shifting means A and this signal is defined as the voice signal S2L of a second channel. The voice signals S2R and S2L of the first channel and the second channel are reproduced by the speaker arranged on the right and left sides, for instance. Because the reproduced voice on the right and left sides is small in correlation with each other, a listener can obtain spreading feeling. Because the frequency is changed by 1/f fluctuation, natural spreading feeling can be obtained. |
