<p>PURPOSE:To improve incineration efficiency by enhancing adhesion between a ceramic fiber cloth for constituting a filter and a heater, and also to enhance durability by preventing both sides from rubbed against each other. CONSTITUTION:A mesh-like heater 23 is formed by longitudinally and laterally overlapping metallic wires 21 and welded to one another [in the drawing (a)]. The metallic wire 21 is partially cut or bent on the way of the wire, so as to form a fixing metallic protrusion 21a [in the drawing (b)]. The fixing metallic protrusions 21a are perpendicularly erected [in the drawing (c)]. A ceramic fiber cloth 13 is arranged on a mesh-like heater 23, so as to penetrate the fixing metallic protrusions 21a [in the drawing (d)], and then the fixing metallic protrusions are caulked, so as to fix the ceramic fiber cloth to the mesh-like heater [in the drawing (e)].</p> |
