PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the time difference of information transfer by a called party and to enhance the possibility of which information is transferred at an expected time when a caller desires simultaneously to transmit to plural called parties. SOLUTION: When a user desires to inform data to a called party at 17:00 this day, a display input device indicates a destination number and a time of 17:00 to start transmission. Facsimile equipment stores an original to a memory once and starts calling (S1 to S3). When a called party has not the function according to a non-standard protocol (S4), the communication is once finished (S6) and is switched to conventional time designation transmission. When the called party has the function, a designated time is set to the non-standard protocol (S4) and image information is transmitted (S5). In order to satisfy requirements of notifying information to the plural called parties at the same time, but when such the request is not received, the communication is not finished and the communication can be continued without designating the time (S7). Thus, when a succeeding called party is in existence, the processing (S3) is transferred automatically and the communication is continued. |
