A system of ducts (1,2) returns the excess lubricant. A test housing (3) containing a sensor (7) is positioned in front of the central feed. The lubricant runs between the inlet duct and the outlet duct (4) round the sensor. The bottom part of the test housing contains a water outlet (11). The test housing is at the lowest point of the duct system.
