The invention concerns a tooth root canal preparation instrument having a handle part (2) and an instrument part (1) mounted in the latter. The handle part (2) comprises a body (3) which is provided on its peripheral surface with axially spaced-apart areas (4), preferably in the form of rings which are made of a plastically elastic material, in particular of silicone rubber, and which project over the peripheral surface of the body (3), in order to improve manual gripping of the handle part of the preparation instrument. |
