PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the driving sensitivity of a moving magnet type three axial driving objective lens driving device in a four wire suspension type, and to make this device compact, thin and inexpensive. SOLUTION: Magnets 3a and 3b are symmetrically arranged in a disk radial direction (r) at the center of an objective lens 1 so that the surface magnetic fields of both polar faces of the magnets, and the valid magnetic field areas can be made twice as large as those in a conventional manner. Thus, the driving sensitivity of this objective lens driving device can be sharply improved. Also, the arrangement constitution of the objective lens 1 and driving parts is devised so that this objective lens driving device can be made compact, thin and inexpensive.
