PURPOSE:To facilitate work to insert a stud and a blind rivet into a pin hole while securing strength of a circumferential part of an opening of a bag. CONSTITUTION:An inner diameter of each of pinholes 15a, 19a is made sufficiently larger than outer diameters of studs 13, 13 and blind rivets 21, 21. Thereafter, each of the pin holes 15a, 192 is offset outward in the dismaterical direction of an opening 9. Even when a circumferential part 10 is deformed, these pin holes 15a, 19a are not removed from pin holes of other members. Consequently, it is possible to provide an inexpensive and highly reliable air bag device.
