PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain composition, having both a high dielectric constant and no-load Q value and having a small temperature coeffi cient of a resonance frequency with low temperature burning capable, and to provide a layer built dielectric part which can be used in a microwave region by using this dielectric porcelain composition. CONSTITUTION:As the dielectric porcelain composition, a composition represented by the following formula is used. xBiO3/2-yCaO-z(Nb1-w(Nb1-wTaw) O5/2, 0.44<=x<=0.55, 0.16<=y<=0.24, 0.29<=z<=0.36, 0.0<=w<=1.0, where x+y+z=1.0. |
