PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter dispersion filtration filter in which a spinning pack in a melt spinning apparatus made of a synthetic fiber can be repeatedly used. SOLUTION: Ceramic particles, metal particles or particles composed of another material classified into particle groups of particle diameter sizes are sintered into a porous plate shape and formed into filtration plate materials of proper shape such as a round shape. Metal edge frames forming a short cylindrical shape are fixed to the outer peripheral edges of the filtration plate materials in a ring shape to constitute three foreign matter dispersion filtration filters 1a, 1b and 1c. Seal packings 5 are arranged between the three foreign matter dispersion filtration filters 1a, 1b and 1c, laminated and separably incorporated into a spinning pack 6 and a polymer leakage from the filtration plate materials laminated by the metal edge frames is prevented. The outer peripheral edges are supported and protected, operations such as removal, disassembly, cleaning and assembly of the foreign matter dispersion filtration filters in the spinning pack 6 are facilitated and the foreign matter dispersion filtration filters can be reused.
