PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machine capable of preventing erosion by fluidizing earth and sand together with power water and preventing adhesion and sedimentation of the earth and sand in the parts of a hydraulic turbine. SOLUTION: The hydraulic machine has a passage 26 in an inner room 25 for making the power water including the earth and sand flowing into the inner room 25 of a runner cone 20 from a gap (a) flow out into a channel 17 on the downstream side of a runner vane 19.
