<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify by itself that a service life of a battery is going to terminate. <P>SOLUTION: This radio tag is configured to calculate a first value Ka in response to the number of times of radio transmissions of ID data, also calculate a second value Kb in response to the number of times of radio transmissions of operation data, and when the calculated values reach a defined value Kmax (a preliminarily calculated value corresponding to the service life of the battery), acoustically or visually give an alarm.
