Control station for gas boiler

The boiler has the recessed casing (1) of the control station separated into three compartments by divider plates (2). The two outer compartments (3, 5) house the gas feed control knob (6) and the ignition rocker switch (7) respectively. The boiler adjustment (8) is fitted into the central section (4). The gas feed control and the ignition switch are mechanically interlocked by a disc cam on the axis of the control knob. This ignition can only be initiated when the gas feed control is in the correct position.
