PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear generating negative ion and also far-infrared radiation rays, designed so as to stimulate trigger points of a wearer, and inexpensively producible in a mass production. SOLUTION: The underwear 1 is made of fibers, and provided with a negative ion-generating group 11 where a plurality of far-infrared radiation ray-generating films 2 structured so that a lot of small pieces of film are set in its predetermined area to be separated from each other, and a plurality of negative ion-generating bodies 10 whose major constituents generating negative ions comprise silicone are put in lines, at predetermined portions at the inner surface of the underwear 1. Negative ions are radiated together with the far-infrared radiation rays from the far-infrared radiation ray-generating film 2 to moderately warm the wearer's body so as to improve heat retaining properties, and sweat emitted from the skin of the body is released among the small pieces of film 3 forming the far-infrared radiation ray-generating films 2.
