PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive plate on the external reed side and the external reed itself from being broken when an electrode is enlarged, or prevent breakage of a point into which the external reed is inserted in a sealing tube part and a sealing insulator corresponding to the point where the conductive plate on the external reed side is arranged. SOLUTION: One of electrodes is provided with the electrode tip part opposed to the other of the electrodes, an internal reed electrically connected to a conductive member, and a coupling member arranged straddling over this electrode tip part and the internal reed, and connected to the electrode tip part and the internal reed. Tapered parts are respectively formed on the end part side of the electrode tip part and the internal reed connected to the coupling member, and holes corresponding to these tapered parts are formed in the coupling member. The electrode tip part and the internal reed are press-inserted into the holes formed in the coupling member so that cushioning members are arranged between the inner faces of the coupling member and the outer peripheral faces of the respective tapered parts.
