PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-directional input device excellent in operability in which a first switch part located at a center and a second switch part located on the periphery of the first switch part are capable of reliable input operation independently of one another. SOLUTION: The multi-directional input device 1 of the present invention has an operating member 9 including a first operating part 10 for elastically biasing a first key top 15 and a plurality of second operating parts 11 located on the periphery of the first operating part 10 for elastically biasing a second key top 16, the first and second operating parts 10 and 11 being integrally formed. The first key top 15 can rise and fall independently of the second key top 16, and is capable of a first input operation by being pressed with a predetermined operating force. The second key top 16 is capable of being pressed with two different kinds of operating forces.
