PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable of thin diameter superior in electric characteristics and mechanical characteristics without using a foam resin, and to provide a multicore cable. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable 1 comprises an inner conductor 2, an internal insulator 3 surrounding the inner conductor 2, an outer conductor 4 surrounding the internal insulator, and a sheath 5 surrounding the outer conductor 4.
