PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a program, and a method for generating an equally divided mesh for equally dividing an edge. SOLUTION: A selected edge is divided at equal intervals to find an equal interval length, a temporary node is arranged on the edge at the equal interval length, and a condition set for CAD shape data is shifted to an available condition by a finite element method FEM without respect to the shape data. In this way, if the mesh is generated by using a permanent node arranged in the edge end point, the position of the permanent node is moved to the point at which the temporary node is arranged, and the mesh dividing the edge at equal intervals while maintaining the condition set for the shape data by the FEM is generated.
