A metal isothermal annealing heat treatment method is provided to prevent a defect caused by an existing isothermal annealing process and improve the heat treatment quality. A metal isothermal annealing heat treatment method comprises a step of putting heat treatment material into a first heat treatment furnace after heating the first heat treatment furnace at the temperature of 930°C to 950°C and moving the heat treatment material into a first annealing furnace. The temperature of the first annealing furnace is rapidly cooled up to the temperature of 80°C to 100°C by cooling water having the temperature of 10°C to 20°C, and then the heat treatment material is cooled at the first annealing furnace maintaining the temperature of 600°C to 630°C for 5minutes to 8minutes. The heat treatment material is shifted into a second annealing furnace having the temperature of 650°C to 680°C and cooled for 5minutes to 8minutes. |
