The present invention relates to a detachable implant-combined prosthetic appliance and, more specifically, to an implant-combined prosthetic appliance coupled with a transplanted implant. An implant and a combining prosthetic appliance may be easily coupled with each other, and assembly and disassembly thereof may be easily performed during an operation and correction. According to the present invention, through the characteristic structure thereof which is easily coupled without using a screw coupling scheme, release and fracture may be prevented. A hole does not have to be formed in a tooth, so durability may be prevented from being reduced. Moreover, when a problem occurs after an implant is transplanted, a tooth may be easily separated without being destroyed. Accordingly, inconvenience which patients feel may be alleviated. The implant-combined prosthetic appliance comprises: an abutment (100) coupled with an upper side of an implant (10); and a crown coupling structure (200) coupled with an upper side of the abutment (100), and having a crown (20) attached to an upper side thereof. |
